Platinum Cured Hardness Range 55 - 65 Shore Hardness A
Platinum cured silicone tubing is manufactured in a dedicated platinum facility using dedicated equipment and is completely free of peroxide decomposition derivatives. Platinum cured silicone is particularly suitable for pumping and carrying applications where leaching of chemicals for the tube may be an issue e.g. the manufacture of parenteral drugs.

Peroxide Cured Silicone Hardness Range 50 - 85 Shore Hardness A
Peroxide cured silicone is a flexible long life translucent material with good chemical and environmental resistance. It has a clear advantage when used in conjunction with peristaltic pumps using small bore manifold tubing. Peroxide cured silicone allows the tubing to be autoclaved several times without losing its mechanical properties.

Santoprene is a registered trade mark of Advanced Elastomer Systems L.P. Hardness range 55 - 87 shore hardness A
Santoprene Tubing is a flexible tough opaque beige thermoplastic rubber with very good abrasion, heat and UV resistance, having good mechanical properties. Santoprene tubing is suitable for most laboratory and industrial applications and will operate at a temperature range of -1 to +135 degrees C.

PVC Tubing Hardness Range from Very Flexible to Rigid 43 - 95 Shore Hardness A
PVC tubing is the most economical tubing with high performance and great versatility for peristaltic pump use. Maximum shore hardness for peristaltic pumps 70 shore hardness A. It can be extruded in several colours to assist in identification of lines and prevent UV reaction. Medical and Food grades are available. PVC is an economical high performance material with a wide range of applications.


Solva Tubing

Solva Tubing Hardness 60 Shore Hardness A
Solva tubing is a modified PVC based compound, extruded into a flexible translucent (yellow) tubing, resistant to petrol and kerosenes and oil based products, particularly useful in pumping and carrying inks in the printing industry
